It was HOT this weekend. Southern California was having another ridiculously warm weekend. It was the kind of weekend where the only thing that brought any kind of relief was envisioning yourself jumping into a bucket of ice water and sitting there for awhile with a cold drink in hand.
Needless to say, the show had to go on and we are so thankful for those of you who put on your sunblock and braved the heat to visit us at the Gedatsu craft fair this weekend. There were vendors both indoors and outdoors and the heat was relentless no matter where you were since there was no air conditioning and no breeze. But we made the best of it and had a great time sharing our Pretty in Gingham products and getting to chat with friends both new and old.
Our next craft fair will be coming up on Saturday November 2 at the East San Gabriel Valley Japanese Community Center in West Covina, CA from 10am-3pm. The Annual Kiku Crafts and Food Fair will feature handmade crafts from local vendors along with a raffle, food and beverages. Mark your calendars for a great day of shopping and fun! Get all the details here! We hope to see you there.
